The first rule change proposed was the Practice Squad rule so I want to hear out people's suggestions for how we would run this.
1. 1 Practice Squad spot (doesn't count against the cap) 2. 1 Practice Squad spot (counts against the cap) 3. No Practice Squad spot

Is this a traditional practice squad where other teams can sign your guy to their active roster at any time, or is this a stash spot? Also, are there limitations to who qualifies like in the NFL or can anyone get put on the PS?

I for PS spot in general, but think there should be stipulations
1. Only available for Rookies, or at the very least 2nd yr players. 2. Other owners have an opportunity to poach said player. Original owner could keep player by promoting them to active roster. If PS player is offer contract and not promoted, claiming team would need to give up some form of compensation to original team. Say a draft pick(details could be discussed here)

1 Practice Squad spot (doesn't count against the cap). I think if Practice Squad count against the cap is the same that a bench spot.

I'm against it. Just add a roster spot. Used it in a few other leagues and never liked it tbh.

So I am getting the idea that the 3 options should be
1. 1 Practice Squad for rookies 2. 1 Practice Squad for rookies/2nd year players 3. Same as 1, but doesn't count against cap 4. Same as 2, but doesn't count against cap 5. No Practice Squad

I agree I would rather just have the extra roster slots
