Quick Update

Just wanted to post this as a quick update on a couple things

1. Both Cleveland and Tampa Bay told me in recent days that they were backing out of the league, based on concerns about activity and pace of draft. I would like to take the time to say that I have 0 concern about the health of the league, I have mentioned in emails that I need some guys to pick it up a little, but in a league this size it's not uncommon.

2. I have already gotten 2 guys to take over both the vacant teams (caveat being I have told them it is up to them if they want to run the teams past the drafts, they are currently just in to finish the drafts, so that we did not need to pause things to find new owners). Cleveland will be run by Corey and Tampa Bay will be run by Eric. Both guys are solid owners and some of the guys in this league have been in leagues with both guys and know they will do a solid job.

3. With Tampa vacating a spot on the staff, Derek who runs Jacksonville has stepped up to take that spot, putting the staff back up to 5 members.

SMH.. What more did they want? There’s been a ton of trading and yeah a start up draft of this size league takes awhile 🤷

I wish I knew the answer so I could have gotten them to stay, but things happen and we will move forward with the awesome group we have currently!
