Inaugural Draft and Rookie Draft

I will leave this up to the league to vote on, but for a start up, I feel a snake draft would be better.

Right now it will be a 23 round Vet only draft first and then a 3 round rookie draft.

Order will be done randomly, whoever gets pick 1 in the vet draft gets pick 24 in the rookie draft and whoever gets pick 24 in the vet draft gets pick 1 in the rookie draft.

1. Standard Draft (Whoever picks 1st in round 1 picks 1st every round)

2. Snake Draft (Whoever picks 1st in round 1 picks 24th in the 2nd round and so on)

Would you guys be up for allowing people to trade picks in the vet and rookie draft? or just hold off on trading until after the draft?

It does not matter to me, it would be easier to not have trades, but would be more fun if we were able to trade during the drafts

The startup 1.12 draft pick sounds much less sexy than a name like Nick Chubb. This could lead teams to undervalue picks and sell them off for not much at all.

I'm fine with letting teams trade picks in both drafts. I see the concerns with the inaugural draft, though, so not too opposed to banning trades there.

Even with the undervalue I would be fine as well, it’s what we have a TRC for

I say allow trading picks for both drafts. If TRC does it’s job right, then there should be no issues.
