This vote only concerns the vet draft and this first rookie draft. After this any future rookie draft picks can be traded.
1. Allow trading of any picks
2. No trading of picks
3. No trading of vet picks, but allow rookie picks to be traded
4. Allow trading of vet picks, but not allow rookie picks (I doubt this option gets votes, but who knows)

With a vote of 13-6 we will allow draft pick trading!
The last owner should be on soon to claim a team, so once he does that I will be able to randomize the draft order and you guys can see where you are and start planning trades and your draft strategy
